To get to Östergarnsholm, you need boat transport. The nearest port is Herrvik, where there is also a slipway. To get to Herrvik, take road 143 from Visby towards Roma, continue towards Östergarn and Herrvik.
Just southwest of the western lighthouse on Östergarnsholme there is a gravel slope that goes down to the water, to the south there is a cliff edge. You can go in there and swim southwards. It is also possible to go from the other direction or jump in where you can from the rocks.
There are lots of cool formations and cauldrons underwater at shallow depths. Even above the water it is a very cool place with overhangs and “caves”.
