The wreck is located at Brittgrund, between Smöjen and Grauten. It lies to the northwest of Brittgrund, directly beneath the reef. To locate it, one must refer to the nautical chart, as it is approximately 1.2 nautical miles from Smöjen. The descent occurs near an iron anchor about 50 meters south of the wreck. Divers swim along the ledge that descends to a depth of 20 meters. This position is the most frequently used and also offers the most beautiful diving route. An anchor rests on top of the ledge.

The Esk Queen was a cargo ship that ran aground at Brittgrund in 1969. It remained on the reef for quite some time before it was eventually broken apart and slid down in 1970. Today, only the bow remains, yet it still provides a magnificent dive experience. The rest of the vessel has been shattered by the forces of nature.

The wreck extends from approximately 18.5 meters down to a depth of 6 meters.
