Directions
Turn off at the roundabout towards Listerby. Continue straight on the road until you see the sign for Bökenäs Camping, where you will turn left. Then, simply follow the road straight ahead, crossing the bridge to Torkö, and stop outside the metal gate to unload. After that, follow the gravel path (walking trail) for about 600 meters until you arrive.
Diving Description
An old stone quarry that was utilized during World War II. It was filled at some point during the 1970s. Choose a suitably low entry point as there are cliffs surrounding the area. It is an easy dive with large areas to swim, featuring some small fish and a few unusual shellfish, as well as a large machine deck to observe. Additionally, there are various pieces of debris to explore.
Considerations
Ensure to drive the cars back after unloading and park in a legal spot to avoid complaints and fines. Cows are often present on the island, so individuals with a fear of cows may want to reconsider visiting. Furthermore, there is a significant temperature difference in the summer, ranging from 20-25 degrees at the surface to 4 degrees at the bottom.
